Make it Christmas craft competition with The Week Junior

Ditch the plastic and glitter in favour of some homemade decorations

Our friends over at The Week Junior are on a mission to encourage families across the UK to enjoy a more sustainable Christmas – to ditch the plastic and glitter in favour of some homemade decorations. Not only will this help stamp out waste and save some money but it gives kids something fun to do. PLUS you could also be in with the chance of winning an annual English Heritage family membership worth £115!

To get involved all you need to do is help your junior to make something festive from old magazines, card or paper – it’s that easy! Take a photo of your creation and submit it via The Week Junior’s special entry form – you can see the full T&Cs there too.

Get inspiration from some simple ideas at theweekjunior.co.uk/makeitchristmas along with step by step ‘how to’ guides or create something completely unique – the main thing is you enjoy it!

The Week Junior and team would love to see some of your creations – share what your families have made with hello@theweekjunior.co.uk or via social media tagging @theweekjunior  with #MakeitChristmas – they’ll be reposting some of their favourites throughout December.
