The Gruffalo is coming to Kew Gardens!

Can you guess who’s hiding in Kew’s deep dark wood? It’s the Gruffalo of course.

Unleash your inner detective this Easter to find out what creatures live in the west London woodland.

Kew’s woodland trail will be transformed into the Gruffalo trail from the 4th-19th April 2020. Transform your kids into the little brown mouse (facepaint duh!), collect your trail pack and embark on a fun family adventure. As you follow footprints, marks and feathers to help you figure out clues around the trail, you will also discover the secret world of plants and animals, what they leave behind and how their lives are interconnected. You might even get the chance to meet your favourite Gruffalo characters, and if you are super lucky, the Gruffalo himself… but there’s no such thing as a Gruffalo we hear you say?

The Gruffalo trail is included with entry to the Gardens woo-hoo! But to make things even better, did you know kids go free to Kew Gardens with The Family Pass? Try The Family Pass for only £1 today!

If you want to head to Kew Gardens before April, why not check out their annual Orchids Festival which is back this month! Celebrating the incredible wildlife of Indonesia, Orchids is a must-see for anyone who is counting down the days till their summer getaway.
