• The minimum age for unaccompanied children is 8, although children as young as 6 are permitted when accompanied by an adult on a 1:2 ratio.
• There are under 13, under 18 and adult allowed sessions through the day. Parents and Guardians are allowed on age restricted sessions when they are accompanying their children.
• A group of adults booked into a child session will be turned away on arrival with no refund. 
• Wetsuit hire included in offer but if customers want to wear their own clothes, swimming costumes & tight gym kits are also permitted
• Safety briefing included 
• Please check in at reception 35 minutes prior to your start time.
• Everyone must register and sign a waiver (a guardian required for under 16’s) online prior to arrival.
