Best Bits

Plastic Drastic Fantastic is part of Spring Family Fun at the Southbank Centre and is showing on Saturday 6th and Sunday the 7th of April at 11.30am and 2.30pm.

Drawing on South Asian dance, this vibrant contemporary dance theatre work for children and their families sparks curiosity in explorers of all ages to create a deeper connection with each other and our wider world.

Friend or foe? Remarkable or rubbish? Through intricate movement, gestures and play, Plastic Drastic Fantastic is a fun and thought-provoking exploration of our complex relationship with plastics.

This is a hopeful and ‘highly visual’ show for younger generations and their families with choreography that ‘simply sparkles’ (Everything Theatre) – perfect the curious-minded and their whole families!
