• There will be an additional cost for certain activities at Dino Kingdom, such as fairground rides. You can pre-order some ride tokens with special offer on the ticket page on the Dino Kingdom.
• As per Terms & Conditions,  no refunds will be allowed, duplicates, or exchanges for tickets or add-on vouchers, even if these are unwanted or bought in error. Please make sure you take great care when placing your booking and selected the correct tickets and date.
• Dino Kingdom is an outdoor event, and cancellations will not be offered in the event of poor weather.
• If extreme, unsafe weather conditions force us to cancel the event, you will be offered an alternative date. We will communicate any cancellations by 8am on the day of the event via email and via our social media outlets. You will be notified by email with your options.
• There are no parking facilities for visitors.
