Easy peasy chocolate Easter nests

Now who doesn’t like chocolate. These easy peasy chocolate nests will be a hit with the whole family.

Ingredients

Cornflakes, Shredded Wheat or Rice Crispies
Chocolate
Mini Eggs
Cake cases

1. Break the chocolate up into a bowl and place over a small pan of boiling water
2. Melt the chocolate
3. Scrape the chocolate into a larger bowl
4. Add the cereal in small amounts, don’t add too much as you want the cereal to be covered in chocolate
5. Scoop into cases and place a couple of mini-eggs on top
6. Leave to set in the fridge
