- Meet over 10,000 amazing animals, from tiny marching leafcutter ants to our giant 193kg silverback gorilla.Discover key facts about your favourite animals - from the foods they eat to the threats they face in the wild. And find out how we’re tackling threats and protecting endangered species with their global wildlife conservation work.
- Experience wildlife from across the world in a day like no other, hopping from the lush rainforests of South America to the mountainous monkey filled jungle of Central Africa.
- Get closer to nature and learn more about animals from across the world. Their daily animal talks share the latest understanding of endangered species, their habitats, and how we can protect them. These talks are subject to change, please check our ‘What’s On’ boards when you arrive for accurate timings and additional pop-up talks throughout the day.
- For little ones, don't miss London Zoo’s Animal Adventure zone which takes young visitors on a journey of discovery. Animal Adventure gives children the chance to come face-to-face with amazing animals, including meerkats, porcupines, pigs, coatis, alpacas, llamas and goats. Specially designed low barriers mean young animal fans feel like they’re right in the heart of the action, watching the animals behave just as they would in the wild, and there’ll be plenty of opportunities to meet ZSL’s expert keepers and get the inside story on their work.
