• Bookings must be made before 30th November 2016 otherwise, your visit cannot be guaranteed.

• You must call The National Elf Service on to make your booking. 
• Visits will be between the 1st and the 24th of December
• You’ll be offered a choice of times of when the elf will arrive (9am to 12noon, 1pm to 4.30pm or 5pm to 8pm).
• Elf Visit is 15 minutes, but can go up to 30 minutes depending on number of children.
• Longer Elf Visits can be arranged at an additional cost and arranged directly with the merchant upon redemption.
• Elf Toys will be sent out from the 31st October onwards.
• If you have ordered an Elf Toys your delivery address will be taken at point of booking your Elf Visit. 
• Your Elf Toys will only be sent to you upon the booking of your Elf Vist.
