What will London look like in 100 years? Back in 1926, artist Montague Black imagined a world of soaring airships in his famous poster London 2026. Now it’s your turn to dream big!

Imagine how we might travel a hundred years in the future. Take part in fun family activities, creating your own visions of London in 2126.

What’s happening?

  • Hands-on craft activities: build your own futuristic vehicle using recycled materials – perfect for young inventors and their families!
  • Design the skyline of tomorrow: create a bold vision of London in 2126 with our art stations
  • Meet time-travelling artist Montague Black: step into the past and learn the fascinating story behind his poster
  • Family-friendly fun all day: drop-in activities suitable for children of all ages, with plenty of space for creativity and imagination

Kids go free at London Transport Museum and adult tickets include free return entry for a whole year.

    All family activities are free with Museum admission - book your Annual Pass in advance.

    Visitors under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. 

    You need an Annual Pass and a timed entry ticket to visit London Transport Museum in Covent Garden.

    Their annual passes are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. You are entitled to visit the Museum as many times as you like within that 12 months. You can only hold one timed entry ticket at any one time. You can book another timed entry ticket as soon as the date of your current visit has passed.

    They offer three types of Annual Passes - Unlimited, Off Peak and Plus, and you can book your timed entry ticket, when purchasing your Annual Pass or by logging in once you have a Pass.

    Kids go free and don’t need an Annual Pass but will need a free timed entry ticket which you can add to basket during checkout. 

    Unlimited Annual Pass - Unlimited daytime entry to the Museum in Covent Garden for a whole year.

    Off Peak Annual Pass - Entry to the Museum on weekdays after 2pm (term-time and summer holidays only1) for a discounted price. Perfect if you’re looking for a quieter visit.

    Annual Pass Plus - Unlimited daytime entry to the Museum in Covent Garden plus free entry for you and two children at our Depot Open Days in Acton.
