As nights get longer, get ready for creepy scares, shocks and thrills as Alton Towers Resort celebrates the return of award-winning Scarefest with frantically funny and seriously spooky attractions for all ages.

Open until 9pm, prepare for adrenaline-fuelled thrills! Experience world-class rides in the dark including The Smiler, Nemesis Reborn and the all-new Toxicator, plus terrifying scare attractions for the fearless with two brand-new experiences, Edge of the Forest and Dark Hollow.

There’s spooky fun for the whole family too – from favourites like Runaway Mine Train and Wicker Man to spooktacular attractions such as Trick O’ Treat Town with HARIBO & MAOAM and the return of Amigos in the Afterlife.

One day just isn’t enough! Let the fabulousness continue with a Short Break and choose from five spooktacular themed accommodations.

Need to Know Under 90cm go free, up to 4 children, with at least one paying adult. Entry will be issued at the park entrance once we've checked the height of the child/children.

Visitors younger than 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Parking is not included. You can add it later in this booking or buy it on our website.

Entry to Alton Towers Waterpark is not included.

You cannot transfer or sell this ticket.

You cannot use this ticket with any other discount vouchers, offers or promotions.

Please note, Ride Access Pass reservations to our UK Resort Theme Parks have moved online, you will need to pre-book your Ride Access Pass before your visit.

Guests with accessibility requirements may be entitled to one free Essential Companion ticket with the purchase of one full-price entry ticket. This ticket must be collected in-person at Ticket Sales & Collections at the Theme Park entrance.

The Essential Companion must be 14 or older and present eligibility documentation—such as a valid Blue Badge, Nimbus Access Card with the companion/+1 symbol, Attendance Allowance or Carer's Allowance letter of award. Full list of eligibility documentation can be found on our FAQs page.
