Ping Pong Dim Sum has announced their collaboration with Harley Street based nutritionist Rhiannon Lambert who has created a special ‘Summer of Health’ menu along with Ping Pong Dim Sum Master, Ruby Wu. Ruby and Rhiannon have worked together to create a balanced summer menu of four dishes and a smoothie. Each dish has been created to be nutritionally sound, using a wonderful variety of fresh and flavoursome ingredients. The menu will be available from Tuesday 4 June to Sunday 30 August across all eight sites.
