The week before half term focuses on early years fun: sing and dance along with The David Gibb Big Band.

For children aged 7+, there’s a great range of events including dance performance from the Olivier award-winning choreographer Akram Khan
Talks including Rosie Jones: The Amazing Edie Eckhart and Patrick Kane: Human 2.0
For children aged 9+, the Stand Up to Racism Writing Workshop with Yassmin Abdel-Magied.
Imagine Children’s Festival is a Relaxed festival, meaning that all performances have a relaxed approach to noise and movement in the space.

Monday & Tuesday, 10am – 6pm**
Wednesday – Sunday, 10am – 11pm
**On event days, the Royal Festival Hall building remains open until the end of the event.
Queen Elizabeth Hall and Purcell Room:
The Queen Elizabeth Hall and Purcell Room are open only on the days they host events. The auditoriums, and the Queen Elizabeth Hall Foyer, open from 90 minutes before events begin, staying open until they have finished.
These spaces are closed at all other times.
Prices:
There are over 100 events, both ticketed and free.
11 days of jam-packed half-term fun in a festival run by kids for kids.
