Follow a trail of breadcrumbs into the Globe Theatre on London’s Bankside and join Hansel and Gretel on a daring fairy tale adventure, by Poet Laureate Simon Armitage. It’s full of danger, temptation and tasty surprises for everyone age 5+.

Did you know that The Globe was generally considered to be a circular building, however, when a small part of the theatre’s foundations were uncovered in the late 1980’s it seems that the building was actually a polygon of 20 sides.
Content guidance: This modern retelling of the classic fairy tale contains references to conflict, war and grief.
