• You will need to redeem your purchase on the GoBoat website using a code.
  
• GoBoat hire is for two hours.
• No previous boat experience is required.

• The captain(s) (the person(s) sailing the boat) must be at least 18 years of age. 
• Boats have a maximum capacity of 8 people.  
• It is important that you arrive 15 minutes before departure. This is to ensure that there is time for you to check in and receive instructions on safety, how to control the boat and route directions for your adventure. 
• Children must wear lifejackets at all times. We advise adults to wear lifejackets, although it is optional.
• Located in Merchant Square, London, Paddington, W2 1JZ 
• 80% of the volume of GoBoats are made from recycled plastic, and any wood used on the GoBoats is sourced sustainably. Powered by electric engines in order to ensure no noise or environmental pollution, GoBoats positively contribute to the natural environment.  
• Refunds are only provided for cancellations if 24 hours notice is given. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. If you want to cancel your experience, you can do this by sending an email to bookings@goboat.co.uk stating your full name and booking ID (located on your booking confirmation)
