With the help of the jolly elves step into a world of wonder as you journey through a festive wonderland to meet the big man. Nestled in his cozy grotto, Father Christmas awaits with a twinkle in his eye and a warm smile for every visitor. Then venture through Enchanted Hollow where we’ve heard the Elves, with the help of the friendly animal residents, have set up their Toy Workshop in the underground town!

Step foot into our brand new Christmas Village and be transported straight into a festive wonderland. Begin your journey being guided by one of our Elves through a snowy forest to then see a cozy woodfire lit Grotto. As you enter, you’ll be greeted by twinkling lights, the scent of a woodfire and of course Father Christmas, ready to hear your wishes and spread joy to all who visit.
Then embark on an extraordinary adventure to Enchanted Hollow, the underground town where the hustle and bustle of toy making fills the air… The good list was so long this year that the Elves needed more space to build the toys so the kind residents of Enchanted Hollow – Toy Workshop Takeover have let them use their town. Journey through and marvel at the toy making and you may just receive an early Christmas gift!

Step into our new Christmas Village and be transported into a festive wonderland. Begin your journey being guided by Father Christmas’ Elves to a cozy woodfire lit Grotto. You’ll be greeted by twinkling lights, the scent of a woodfire and Father Christmas, ready to hear your wishes and spread joy to all who visit.
Then adventure into Enchanted Hollow, where you will find the Elves and their Toy Workshop. Journey through and marvel at the toy making… you may just receive an early Christmas gift!
The magic doesn’t end there, visitors to the Christmas Village can jingle away to a festive Silent Disco, see Father Christmas’ reindeers, plus much more!

to Know
You must select a time to enter the Christmas Village, which includes Father Christmas' Grotto and Toy Workshop. This refers to the time you enter the Christmas Village not Father Christmas' Grotto.
1 Day Ticket entitles you to a full day entry to Winter's Tail at Chessington World of Adventures Resort, including Theme Park (selected rides and attractions), Zoo and SEA LIFE Aquarium.
Under 90cms and Carers do not need to pay for an entry ticket, however if they would like a gift from Father Christmas' Elves then add a Christmas gift ticket for £7 per person before checkout.
Under 90cms go FREE - if your child is under 90cms they can visit for free with every purchase of a 1 Day Ticket including Winter's Tail. The Under 90cms free entry ticket must be collected at the theme park and height will be checked on entry prior to admission.
Carers go FREE - Disabled guests are entitled to a free carer ticket. The Carers free entry ticket must be collected at the theme park and documentation will be checked on entry prior to admission.

Timed ticket for Christmas Village (including Father Christmas' Grotto and Toy Workshop). Children over 90cms in height and younger than 12 years old will receive a gift from Father Christmas' Elves.
