What is the Christmas Village?

The Christmas Village is the magical heart of Christmas at Chessington. Guided by your Christmas Village Passport, you will be guided by cheeky elves along your way to meet Father Christmas! Everything in the Christmas Village includes:

Elf Welcome (a short pre-show before entering the village)
Letters to Father Christmas
Cookie Corner
Holly Jolly Bites
Father Christmas’ Grotto
Toy Workshop

What time can I enter the Christmas Village?

When booking your Christmas Village & Theme Park entry ticket, you will be asked to select your time slot to visit the Christmas Village. This will be the time you enter the Christmas Village (not the time you meet Father Christmas) and will be shown on your ticket. Please ensure you arrive at the time stated on your ticket and do not join the queue more than 10 minutes before your allocated time.

Please note, you can only meet Father Christmas when you purchase a Christmas Village & Theme Park entry ticket. Father Christmas’ Grotto is the fourth stop in the Christmas Village.

When can I enter the Theme Park?

The Theme Park, Zoo and SEA LIFE open at 10am on the date of your visit. You can enter the Theme Park any time from 10am on your visit date. The time you have selected when booking your visit is the time you can enter the Christmas Village.

Will there be rides open?

A limited selection of rides will be available during Christmas at Chessington. These will be confirmed later in the year. Please check back here for more information as it is released.
