2nd Day FREE is valid when booked as part of a main season hotel and ticket package. 2nd Day FREE is valid in the Theme Park only and must be used the day after your first day in the Park.
2nd Day FREE does not apply where the Theme Park is closed on the 2nd day of your stay.
Please note that upon check in to the Hotels, you will be required to provide a credit/debit card for a pre authorisation against your room. A set amount will be held, and if not used will be released back into your account within 5-10 working days.
Complimentary access to the Savannah Splash Pool is subject to room type. Guests staying in Standard rooms or Wanyama Reserve View rooms in the Safari Hotel or Discovery rooms in the Azteca Hotel will be charged £3 per person to use the Savannah Splash Pool. Guests wishing to use the pool must pre-book a time slot in the week prior to their stay. Access to subject to availability and issued on a first come first serve basis.
When using the pool, those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above and they must remain in the water with the child at all times.
All guests must follow the Pool Supervision requirements which are available in the Leisure Club or you may be asked to leave.
It is suggested that you bring your own towels if you wish to use the pool, although towels can also be hired from the Leisure Club Reception for £2 each, a percentage of which is donated to the Chessington Conservation Fund.
Early Ride Time is available between March 2019 – October 2019 when you stay in a standard or themed room only. Wristbands will be issued on arrival at reception and must be worn to receive this benefit. Rides/attractions are subject to availability.
