SEA LIFE London Aquarium

In line with the latest Government guidance, Sea Life London Aquarium is now open. They can’t wait to welcome you back!

The health and safety of guests and staff is always our number one priority and to keep everyone safe, they'll be introducing a number of additional hygiene and safety measures including the need for all guests to bring a mask. Please see here for more information. 

There are several new safety measures Merlin have put in place at all attractions that guests need to be made aware of before they visit to ensure they have an enjoyable day.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

• Make sure all tickets are digital and pre-booked as our new admission numbers will be limited
• Check the attraction's website as we'll be updating them and social media pages with the latest information.
• If you have symptoms, do not travel.
• All payments at our attractions will be contactless wherever possible.
• Guests will be required to wear a suitable secured face mask/covering in order to go on a number of rides. All guests must bring a mask/covering with them.

 WHEN YOU ARRIVE 

• Non-contact temperature checks for guests and employees will be a condition of entry
• Guests will notice new information signage informing them of key safety messages and instructions.
• We have installed new hygiene screens at many of our service counters and food stalls to help physically separate visitors from team members.
• We have introduced enhanced cleaning measures, throughout the day, which seek to disinfect high frequency touch points such as tables and chairs, service
• counters, door handles, elevator, buttons and taps.
• Some experiences and facilities may be suspended to ensure social distancing
• Hand washing facilities and sanitiser stations are available throughout the attraction

• E-tickets are valid for the date and time booked. 
• Please note that during school holidays SEA LIFE London is very busy and queues may be longer than normal.
• Standard Entry: Go to the Ticket Holder’s Entrance (look out for the picture of the shark) at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket. 
• Fast Track Entry: Go to the Fast-Track Entrance (look out for the picture of the Penguin) and present your e-ticket.
• Behind the Scenes Tour: Go to the VIP Experience entrance (look out for the picture of the Seahorse) 30 minutes prior to your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket. Meet the Aquarist at the behind the scene meeting point near the Ray Pool at your confirmed timeslot.
• Bookings are 100% non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 

Disabled Access: At the Aquarium, they have full disabled access with lifts to all levels. There are also disabled toilets available on every floor.
