Brand new for 2024, guests can revel in the all-singing, all-dancing Traditional Family Pantomime, spreading festive cheer to all ages. The Snow Queen on Horseback offers a spectacular photo opportunity, while little ones will be enchanted by the new Winter Princess Tower Storytime, brimming with magical tales. Additionally, children will be delighted by the new Stories with Santa story time and a special gift. To top it all off, our brand-new light trail installations will dazzle and delight everyone!

You'll find festive flourishes in our cosy Knight’s Village, including themed evening entertainment. In the morning, wake up to the sound of sleigh bells with your very own elf wake-up call where Santa’s cheerful elves will bring a present for little ones. Santa Sleepover packages also include a Storytime with Santa*, a magical moment when you and your family can enjoy a heart-warming tale of festive joy on the morning after your stay.
