Meet Santa in the Museum - 23 November to 23 December 2024

All aboard for festive fun! Santa will be landing his sleigh at London Transport Museum to meet families from 23 November and will be on hand to hear those all-important Christmas lists right up until 23 December. 

Step into a magical winter scene in the Transportorium Garden where little ones can climb aboard Santa’s interactive sleigh adorned with buttons, bells and lights for imaginative play. Santa’s helpful elves will also be on hand to welcome families and help them take the perfect festive family photo. 

Festive activities into the New Year - 23 November 2024 to 5 January 2025

Activities will also run right through to the new year. You can cosy up for festive stories in the winter hideaway, or join a digital family trail through the Museum’s galleries - discovering weird and wonderful objects from the collection along the way. Visit on a weekend or during school holidays and meet costumed characters from London’s transport past.

Kids go free and adult tickets include free return entry for a whole year too. All festive family activities are free with your Museum tickets!

Dates and Prices

All family activities are free with your Museum admission - and kids go free!

Meet Santa weekdays from 11:00 – 15:00 and weekends from 11:00 – 17:00.

SEND Friendly morning on Sunday 15 December, 08:30-10:00. This session is especially for children with special educational needs, disabled children, and their families. Find out more.

Adult tickets can be booked online in advance and include free return day-time entry for a whole year

Adult Unlimited Annual Passes start from £24.50. Off-peak Annual Passes start from £22. Concessions - £23.50 Local Resident - £18.50 (Kids go free so don’t need an annual pass, but do need a free entry ticket which you can add to basket during checkout.)

£1 tickets are available to visitors in receipt of Universal Credit and Pension Credit.

Need to Know Tickets are annual passes, which entitle you to visit the Museum as many times as you like throughout the next 12 months.
Timed entry tickets are available on an hourly basis.
Please arrive for your timed entry slot at any time from the hour stated on your ticket.
Children aged 12 years and over can enter the Museum on their own and can book a timed ticket to visit online.

Off-peak Annual Passes are available at a cheaper rate. Discounted tickets are available for local residents and £1 tickets are available to those on Universal Credit and Pension Credit.
