Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) on the rink; adults and children must have tickets. One adult can supervise up to five children.

Family Ticket
This ticket allows entry for four people: either 1 adult and 3 children or 2 adults and 2 children. Onsite staff may refuse entry if the ticket is used for the wrong number or ages of people. Children must be at least 3 years old to skate, and those aged 3 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult over 18 on the ice at all times.

Wheelchair Users
We welcome wheelchair users on any sessions, any time. We recommend attending quieter sessions for a more enjoyable experience (quieter sessions are weekdays before 3pm).
A carer who is comfortable on the ice must accompany wheelchair users, don't forget to add a free carer ticket to your order along with your wheelchair ticket.

Free entry is available for one carer per skater to support a paying visitor with a disability. Proof of disability is required during the booking process. The carer must stay with the skater on the ice.
