Each session will explore positive affirmations, and fun, exciting yoga poses.
Classes take place via Zoom and you will receive a send you link by email before each class.
All new students will receive a healing crystal in the post to assist them with their yoga journey and the crystal will be used in class to assist with meditation exercises.

The session will involve the following:
- We will start with mindfulness and breathing exercises to calm and settle.
- Followed by fun yoga exercises/ postures to increase flexibility and improve balance.
- We will learn a bit about anatomy and the interesting names and benefits of the poses.
- The class will finish with Poppy teaching a guided relaxation or listening/ concentration practice.

Poppy Woods is a qualified BWY Level 4 Yoga Instructor, fully insured with a DBS certificate. Poppy teaches Hatha Yoga, pregnancy yoga, kids yoga, meditation classes, corporate and 1-2-1 sessions.
