Dates:

• Tours are available from Friday 26th November to Thursday 23rd December 2021. 
• Hurry to get your chosen dates and times. 
• Tour departs at 4pm and 7pm lasting up to 2 hours. 
  
• You will need to book your date on the booking page. Pre-booking is essential.
• If Premium tours can not operate tour because of minimum number isn’t met or due to updates to government guidelines then theywill be refunding all customers. If the date booked gets cancelled customers will be offered alternative date (subject to availability).

• The tour requires a minimum number of 15 people and is subject to availability / last minute change. Therefore we can not guarantee operation if there are insufficient numbers on the tour/date you requested. The decision is made 3 – 5 days before the travel date. If the date you requested is cancelled because the minimum number isn’t met, you will be offered an alternative date (subject to availability)

• Please note that seating on the upper deck is not guaranteed. 
• Depart from Victoria Coach Station Gate 0.
• Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult. Children are classified as aged 3-16. 
• Under 3s go free when sat on a parents lap.
• Seating on the upper deck and seating together is first come first served. Please book ASAP to ensure the date you prefer.
• Up to 2 hour duration. The specific route is subject to change.
• In exceptional circumstances an alternative vehicle (a closed-top vintage bus or a coach) may be used.
• Step-free access not available.
• The tour departs at Victoria Coach Station, Gate (0), at 4pm and 7pm (Boarding starts 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time)
• If we can not operate tour because of minimum number isn’t met or due to updates to government guidelines then we will be refunding all customers. If the date booked gets cancelled customers will be offered alternative date (subject to availability).
