Through art and play, children will learn about the importance of reducing, reusing, and recycling, as well as the significance of parrot conservation and celebrate the wonder of wildlife with over 11,000 amazing animals in the UK’s biggest Zoo.

A Hands-On, Wildly Creative Family Adventure with Mister Maker

Have you heard the news? Mister Maker & Rebecca Keatley are bringing their Live Show to Whipsnade Zoo! Get ready for an interactive arty extravaganza that will encourage children of all ages (and grown-ups) to get creative and have fun. There will be music, dancing, surprises and laughter!

Mini Makers can also visit the onsite Creature Craft Workshop, where they can be inspired by Mister Maker & Whipsnade Zoo to make their very own work of animal-inspired art. Don't miss Mister Maker & Rebecca live at Whipsnade Zoo this May half term! Location: Basecamp Arena. Performance Time: 10:45am, 1:00pm, and 3:00pm (First come, first served)

Crafty Conservation Fun in the River Room
Let your kids’ creativity shine with our parrot-themed craft sessions, linking artistic fun to real-world conservation. Children can make their own torn-paper parrots, learn about recycling, and even display their work on the ‘Maker Wall’. Don’t forget to watch their parrot-themed YouTube episode during your visit!

Designed for Families, Inspired by Nature
