• It is strongly advised that you arrive within your hourly entry time you selected when you purchased your tickets. For example, if you book for 10am please arrive between 10am and 11am.
• The hourly entry times are there to avoid over-crowding and for health and safety purposes so please do stick to your ticket times.
• Once you enter you can stay for as long as you like.
•  Please note that all children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult to the exhibition.
• A concessions ticket can be purchased by students, senior citizens aged 65 and over, those with disabilities and unemployed. Please bring a form of proof with you. Thank you.
• Strictly no other pets can enter. The venues only allow assistance guide dogs to enter.
• The only extra cost is for the Virtual Reality experience, food and drink inside the cafe and for the merchandise shop if you would like to buy a souvenir of your experience.
• No refunds or ticket date exchanges available. If you cannot attend, you can pass on your tickets to family or friends to use
