• Please note that upon check in to the Hotels, you will be required to provide a credit/debit card for a pre authorisation against your room. A set amount will be held, and if not used will be released back into your account within 5-10 working days.

*Complimentary access to the Savannah Splash Pool is subject to room type. Please see offers, events and hotel pages for full details. Please note: add ons come with an additional charge. When using the pool, those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above and they must remain in the water with the child at all times. All guests must follow our Pool Supervision requirements which are available in the Leisure Club or you may be asked to leave. We suggest you bring your own towels if you wish to use the pool, although towels can also be hired from the Leisure Club Reception for £2 each, a percentage of which is donated to the Chessington Conservation Fund.

Early Ride Time is available between March 2019 to October 2019 when you stay in a Standard or Themed Room only. Please note: Early Ride Time is only available during main Park opening dates and is not included in seasonal packages. Wristbands will be issued on arrival at Reception and must be worn to receive this benefit. Rides included in Early Ride Time: The Gruffalo River Ride Adventure, Vampire, Adventure Tree, Black Buccaneer, Seastorm, Chessington Zoo and Trail of the Kings. Rides/attractions are subject to availability and the rides available can differ. Rides/attractions available will be confirmed by reception.

Glamping Exclusive Fast track is available for Explorer Glamping guests only. Access is available between 10am – 11am on your second day entry into the Park. Glamping Exclusive Fast track is applicable on the following rides: Tiger Rock, KOBRA, ZUFARI: Ride into Africa(For the first hour of ZUFARI ride opening), Tomb Blaster, Scorpion Express, Rattlesnake, Rameses Revenge, Flying Jumbos, Toadie's Crazy Cars, Seastorm and Monkey Swinger. Rides are subject to change and availability.
