One of the most unique sites in London is the Brixton Windmill so it is a must to take the kids down to visit and help them celebrate their bicentenary by enjoying the inaugural Beer and Bread Festival which has been started in collaboration with Brixton Brewery. Try out beers and bread from local breweries and bakeries, including Brixton Brewery, Canopy Beer Company, Clarkshaws Brewery, London Beer Lab, Old Post Office Bakery, and Parissi.
They will be officially launching the sale of Brixton Windmill flour, and you will have the chance to buy one of our limited edition bags of flour designed by Tyler, aged 6, of Holy Trinity School.
To make things go with a swing there will be live music and they'll demonstrate the milling of malted barley for brewing, which is used by Brixton Brewery.
