Beasts of London explores the fascinating role animals have played in shaping the capital. Be guided through time, from the Roman era through Medieval London and right up to present day, narrated by the beasts themselves. Discover how animals – from lions and elephants, to horses, rats and pigeons - have shaped the city and its beastly history.

Lower priced tickets are available for 10:15 time slots and off-peak times.

Peak Times are Saturdays and Sundays and the following dates:

8th – 22nd April 2019

27th May – 2nd June 2019

24th July – 1st September 2019

21st October – 27th October 2019

23rd December – 5th January 2020

Off Peak Times: Monday to Friday and all other dates not listed above.

Please arrive at your booked time as we may not be able to accommodate latecomers (subject to availability). Due to limited space, entry into Beasts of London will be controlled. 

Food, drink, and photography are not permitted in Beasts of London.

The Museum of London conducts visitor and bag searches, therefore you and your belongings may be searched upon entry.

Please note we are unable to allow over-sized luggage into the museum. We have lockers on-site which are big enough to take cabin sized luggage (24cm x 37cm x 43cm) and cost £1 to use.
