Neuro Inclusive facilities for 2025
There are new TUI sensory rooms for children at the TUI BLUE Aura in Ibiza and the TUI BLUE Nausicaa in Cyprus and TUI are working with a Special Educational Needs childcare agency to help make their childcare programme fully Neuro inclusive. All front of house staff in their hotels are also offered enhanced neurodiversity awareness training and new communication cards to children to use to clearly explain their wants and needs in their kids' clubs.
✈️Airport Assistance
When you book a package holiday, they include coach transfers to get you to and from your hotel but if you are unable to travel by coach, their Assisted Travel team will be able to arrange an alternative method of transport for you.
🌊 SEATRAC
SEATRAC is a remote-controlled chair that helps you get in and out of the sea. It is installed on over 200 beaches in Greece, including Dassia Beach in Corfu and Perissa Beach in Santorini. If you want to use it, you can check out the Beach Directory and order a remote to your hotel.
