A day out yule not want to miss at Willows Activity Farm’s Santa SpectacularSleigh bells ring and the snow is glistening this winter, as Willows Activity Farm kicks off its Santa Spectacular on Saturday 23rd November.
Visitors can walk in a winter wonderland as they head to meet Santa Claus for a special one-to-one meeting in his grotto before the main man hands them a golden key to his toy shop with over 21,000 toys for little ones to choose from.
- The Create-a-Cuddle workshop returns and this year children will be able to choose from a range of soft toy bears to make, cuddle and take home.
- The Lapland elves Berry and Twig are back with a brand new sleigh show for 2019 which they will be performing throughout the day. Also new for this year are performances from the woodland fairy and ballerina throughout the Santa Spectacular event.
- There will be arts and crafts a-plenty at the farm where children can write a letter to Santa (and look forward to a reply) as well as making their own biodegradable reindeer dust to scatter on Christmas Eve to guide the reindeers to their home. Little ones can also get creative with gingerbread decorating activities.
- As always, there are lots of animals to see at Willows including reindeer Silver, Ivy, Holly and Eve in the Farmyard. Traditional sledding dog, Mischka, the Alaskan malamute will also be at Willows every day during Santa Spectacular for young visitors to learn more about this arctic breed.
- A new synthetic ice rink, a 3D Christmas short film and a festive tractor ride through the woods are also must-do activities at the farm this Christmas. Peter Rabbit and Lily Bobtail will be appearing in daily ‘meet and greets’ and seasonal shows throughout the festive season with Benjamin Bunny joining his friends every weekend and on Christmas Eve.
- And every child who visits the Santa Spectacular event will also be given a special Elf passport to stamp at key locations as they enjoy a day out around Willows.
Santa Spectacular runs daily from 23 November – 24 December.
