Each subscription box for 1, 2 or 4 people contains all the raw ingredients in correct proportion resulting in zero waste and there are no commitments - you can cancel, pause (for summer holiday!) or skip your subscription at any time for as long as you need. Gluten-free, vegan and paleo preferences can also be ordered, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

• The prize is subject to change and availability
• The prize cannot be exchanged for the equivalent monetary value
• A winner will be chosen at random by Little Bird
• The winner will be announced on 18th August 2017
• No family, friends or employees of Little Bird of Box'd Fresh my enter the competition
• No user may enter more than once
• The decision of Little Bird will be final
