- The festival programme will be released prior to the event.
- All attendants of Big Day Out must have a ticket, regardless of age.
- Anyone aged 15 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult (over the age of 18).
- All adults that are accompanying children must present ID at the entrance (Challenge 25).
- No food (except baby food) or drink (including alcohol) can be brought into Big Day Out 2016.

- Guide/Assistance dogs are permitted; however, no other animals will be allowed on site.
- The management reserves the right to make any alteration to the advertised program.
- Ticket holders will exchange their ticket for the relevant wristband on entry to the event.
- Parking tickets will cost £15.00 on the day if not purchased in advance
