The Southbank is a great place to take the kids during any school holidays and this autumn half term is no exception. There is always so much going on for families of all ages and our partners and friends at the BFI<\/a> have lots going for the kids to enjoy, be inspired by and create. Classic films, animation workshops and a restaurant that lets kids eat free \u2013 a perfect place to enjoy some great family time.<\/p>\n

Part of the BFI\u2019s LOVE season, take the kids to see Disney\u2019s timeless classic Cinderella<\/a>. <\/b>Described as a \u2018love story with music\u2019 when it was released back in 1950, Cinderella remains one of the best loved of all Disney\u2019s animated fairy tales.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Kids enjoy watching Cartoon Network? Then they will love this Funday event<\/a> where the kids get to learn animation techniques and the chance to meet the talent behind Cartoon Network as well as find out how cartons are made.<\/p>\n

The kids will get the chance to create their own characters and storyboards, with prizes for the best. Their creations can also be submitted to the newly launched Cartoon Network Imagination Studios Awards for a chance to see them brought to life on air!
