Top 5 Free half term activities
So half-term is here and if your anything like me you will be on the look out for things to do with the kids that don’t cost a fortune. Below is a selection of free activities I have found to do with the kids this half term.
The Museum of Childhood
Join in the activities with a re-telling of this story, follow the intrepid tiger trail to win a prize or make tiger feet and paws at the activity table.

South Bank Beach
Head down to The South Bank which has been transformed with beach huts, sand and a pop-up café as part of its Festival of Britain 60th anniversary celebrations.
The South Bank beach is open from Friday 22nd April - Sunday 4th September 2011. Admission is free.
A Taste of Spain
Celebrate Fiesta style as Regent Street is turned into a traffic free zone. With Flamenco dancers, live music and a host of Spanish culinary delights.
'A Taste of Spain' returns to London!

Lee Valley Park
There is a host of free activities at Lee Valley Park including The Annual Pony Show, Wild Watch at the dock and the YHA Lee Valley family event.
The Foundling Museum
Family fun drop-in sessions are running from Thursay to Saturday during Half Term. Who am I? encourages children to explore who they are by decorating a life-size cut out with all the things that makes them who they are.
