On a regular basis, LittleBird hosts a special deal on it's website specifically for families. The deal could be for a family-friendly restaurant, kids activities, a day out with the kids, a children's retailers or a treat for mum or dad,- all the little things to make your life easier and more enjoyable. Once the minimum number of people have bought the deal everyone receives their voucher by email.
Check our website, facebook or twitter page or your daily email alert for the deal we are running. Buy the deal on our website by clicking "Buy Now" or buy the deal for a friend by clicking "Treat a friend" before the deal ends or is sold out. You will receive an email with a printable voucher when the deal ends.
The reason the businesses are willing to offer limited time deals at great prices is because LittleBird has so many families that want to buy their offer.
Each business we work with is handpicked by us for you. By guaranteeing them a certain number of customers we are able to negotiate a better deal for our users.
Unfortunately the deal will not go ahead. That is why we ask you to share the deal with as many friends as you can to make the deal happen. We will let you know via email if this happens, and your credit card will not be charged.
Within 24 hours of the deal ending your debit or credit card will be charged and you will receive a printable voucher via the email address you used to sign up with. Simply follow the instructions on the voucher. Always be sure to mention LittleBird when calling to book with the relevant business and remember all vouchers have an expiry date of up to 3 months.
Your vouchers are stored in Your Account, which you can access by logging in to LittleBird. You can view and print your voucher from here.
Yes you can. Simply click on "Treat a friend". You will have the option to send it directly to your friend or you can print it out yourself and give it to them personally.
We only work with reliable businesses. In the unlikely event of this happening we will of course offer a full refund.
We aim to offer 110% satisfaction. We can offer a refund for up to 7 days after the deal has finished, just email help@littlebird.co.uk please include your voucher number. After 7 days whilst we cannot guarantee a refund please email us at help@littlebird.co.uk and we will do everything we can to address your concerns.
Sorry no, the voucher is valid for use in one go. We do not offer any cashback for voucher's purchased.

You will not be charged for your deal until we reach the minimum number of people needed to make the deal happen. At that point we will take payment from the card you have supplied details for.
